Over the years, our founder and artisan Lauren Hope, has also designed and created custom hand-stamped necklaces, bracelets, charms, rings, and keychains for clients at in-person shows, pop-up store events, and from her in-home studio. However, if you didn’t live near Lauren or catch her at a local craft show, you couldn’t order one of her highly personalized hand-stamped creations, but now you can. Our Design Your Own Jewelry Bar walks you through the steps to create your own very personal piece of hand-stamped jewelry.

Hand-stamping is a metalworking technique that involves an artisan hammering a stamp of each letter or symbol into a surface. When Lauren creates one of our hand-stamped pieces, she cuts the metal disc herself from a sheet of metal, smoothes the edges, and then individually hammers each letter. The process creates a beautifully unique artisan creation each time. Unlike mass engravings where everything is exactly the same, our process of hand-stamping means there are differences in each piece, but we find beauty in the imperfections and uniqueness of each of Lauren’s creations.

To design your own hand-stamped piece is as easy as 1,2,3,4 steps. You begin by selecting your base jewelry. We have a selection of necklaces and bracelets, as well as rings, keychains, and earrings that can all be personalized to create a unique design. In Step 2, you can choose from a variety of metal charms that can be hand-stamped with a name, date, initials, special word, or phrase. To further personalize your design in Step 3 and Step 4, you can choose from a large selection of charms to commemorate life events, celebrate your journey, or tell a story.
